**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic **Marketing Coordinator** to assist in organizing and promoting workshops, seminars, and educational programs. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in expanding the reach of **AI Vidya**, Tuleip AI’s educational initiative, in schools, colleges, and companies across India. This position requires someone passionate about education and AI, with strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

**Responsibilities**
- **Workshop & Seminar Coordination**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing AI Vidya workshops and seminars at educational institutions and corporate locations.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, scheduling, participant registration, and resource management.
- Act as a point of contact for workshop attendees, answering questions and providing information to ensure a smooth experience.
- **Promotion & Outreach**:

- Promote AI Vidya in schools, colleges, and companies to drive awareness and enrollment.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions and organizations to introduce them to AI Vidya’s benefits and offerings.
- **Presentation & Engagement**:

- Conduct engaging seminars and presentations on AI Vidya, emphasizing its relevance and importance for students, educators, and working professionals.
- Present key features of AI Vidya and highlight the benefits of AI education, tailored to the needs of each audience.
- Address inquiries and provide insights into the program, ensuring potential enrollees have a clear understanding of AI Vidya’s value.
- **Market Research & Feedback**:

- Collect and analyze feedback from workshop and seminar participants to identify improvement opportunities.
- Research market trends in AI education and suggest innovative ideas to improve program engagement and effectiveness.
- Report on event outcomes, including attendance rates, participant feedback, and engagement levels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or public speaking, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel for workshops and seminars.
- Passion for AI education and technology, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
