4. *Design Development:* Develop detailed design plans, including 2D and 3D drawings, specifications, and budgets.

5. *Material Selection:* Specify and select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet the design concept and client's budget.

6. *Project Management:* Oversee the design implementation process, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control.

7. *Collaboration:* Work with architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

8. *Sustainability:* Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices to minimize environmental impact.
