Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, technical drawing skills, and experience in managing residential or commercial interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and material selections.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renders, and mood boards using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure design execution.
  • Source and select furniture, fabrics, lighting, and décor materials.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–5 years) in interior design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or related design tools.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of current design trends and materials.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial interiors.
  • Ability to create 3D visualizations and walkthroughs.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience + performance incentives.
