Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Genesys Cloud platform and related technologies (e.g., IVR, ACD, Chat & Voice Bots, workforce management).

Familiarity with APIs and integration methods.

Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Certifications: Genesys Cloud certifications
