Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Senior Marketing Manager
with over 10 years of experience in the
real estate sector
to lead our brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing impactful 360° marketing strategies across
ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential platforms
, while also leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement integrated brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute
ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential
campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. - Lead go-to-market plans for new project launches and brand repositioning.
- Manage creative development and media planning with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across
SEO, SEM, social media, email, and property portals
. - Optimize campaigns for lead generation, traffic acquisition, and brand visibility.
- Analyze and report on digital performance metrics, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
3. CRM & Marketing Analytics
- Utilize
CRM tools
(Salesforce, Ramco, etc.) to track customer journeys and funnel performance. - Conduct
funnel analysis
, measure campaign
ROI
, and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with sales to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement strategies.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Manage vendor relationships, creative agencies, and media partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Finance) for cohesive marketing execution.
5. Communication & Client Relations
- Craft compelling presentations and proposals for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Drive engagement through excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills. - Represent the brand at events, launches, and industry forums.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the
real estate
industry. - Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
