Role & responsibilities:

  • Setting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met.
  • Should be well aware about all the rules and regulation, centrally and locally related to hospitality industry.
  • Overseeing larger events, such as weddings or corporate conferences, and ensuring that customers are satisfied
  • Managing hotels employees and motivate them to provide best quality service.
  • Carrying out regular inspections of a hotels property and amenities and take care of necessary maintenance as and when required.
  • Responsible for regular monitoring of food quality that is prepared in the kitchen and served to the customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining clean, healthy and hygienic environment inside the hotel premises.
  • Responsible to implement all safety measures as applicable for the hotel including security and fire safety.
  • Regular monitoring of cctv camera.
  • Monitoring employee performance .

Qualification and experience:

  • Degree in hotel management from a reputed institute.
  • Should have 5yrs to 7yrs relevant exp in hotel industry. Having good contacts with corporate offices will be an added advantage.
