Role & responsibilities:
- Setting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met.
- Should be well aware about all the rules and regulation, centrally and locally related to hospitality industry.
- Overseeing larger events, such as weddings or corporate conferences, and ensuring that customers are satisfied
- Managing hotels employees and motivate them to provide best quality service.
- Carrying out regular inspections of a hotels property and amenities and take care of necessary maintenance as and when required.
- Responsible for regular monitoring of food quality that is prepared in the kitchen and served to the customers.
- Responsible for maintaining clean, healthy and hygienic environment inside the hotel premises.
- Responsible to implement all safety measures as applicable for the hotel including security and fire safety.
- Regular monitoring of cctv camera.
- Monitoring employee performance .
Qualification and experience:
- Degree in hotel management from a reputed institute.
- Should have 5yrs to 7yrs relevant exp in hotel industry. Having good contacts with corporate offices will be an added advantage.
