Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grocery Manager( Super market) at LIFEWARE (Unit of PAL Heights Group of Hotels) located in Jaydev Bihar, Bhubaneswar. The Grocery Manager will be responsible for overseeing grocery store operations , ensuring inventory control, managing stock levels, and maintaining excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the provision of high-quality products to guests. The Grocery Manager will also handle sales and communication with guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Supermarkets and Sales
  • Proficiency in Inventory Control
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
  • Prior experience in hospitality or grocery management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
