Senior B2B IT Sales & Telecaller Executive - 5+ Years ERP/CRM (ODD) Selling Experience - UK/USA/EMEA MarketFull-Time | Fully Remote

Proven IT sales experience handling calls for
UK/USA/Gulf/Canada/Australia/EMEA
markets across small, mid, and enterprise-level deals — including strong, hands-on selling experience in
Odoo ERP

Odoo CRM
, and other CRM/automation platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics 365, etc.) — is
mandatory
.

Must-Haves (Read First)

  • Mandatory UK telecalling experience.
  • Applications without UK calling experience will not be considered.
  • Clear
    UK accent
    with confidence in speaking to UK business clients.
  • Proven sales experience in:
  • Web Development Services
  • CRM & Automation Solutions
  • Odoo ERP & Odoo CRM selling (must-have)
  • ERP/CRM Solutions such as
    Zoho CRM
    ,
    Salesforce
    , SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot,
  • SaaS and IT services
  • Minimum
    5+ years
    of IT sales experience in international markets.
  • Experience handling:
  • Low-ticket fast closures
  • Mid-ticket consultative conversations
  • High-ticket enterprise deals (especially
    Odoo
    and ERP-based demos)
  • Excellent objection handling and strong command over the
    end-to-end B2B sales cycle
    .
  • High proficiency using CRMs, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and tracking activity consistently.
  • Must own a good laptop + reliable broadband.
  • Comfortable working in a
    performance-monitored
    and
    target-driven
    environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    Odoo-focused sales conversations
    and position Odoo as a solution for businesses evaluating ERP/CRM options.
  • Conduct
    lead generation
    ,
    cold email outreach
    , and assigned sales tasks during 1:30 PM–5:30 PM IST.
  • Make
    50–60 outbound cold calls/day
    to UK prospects (existing and verified leads) during 5:30 PM–10:30 PM IST.
  • Warm up leads, nurture them, and drive them toward
    Odoo demos
    , CRM demos, or discovery calls.
  • Do
    quick 2–3 minute research
    before each call using predefined frameworks.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain consultative conversations.
  • Record crisp and accurate CRM notes after each call.
  • Join and prepare for
    client meetings and demo sessions
    , especially those involving
    Odoo ERP modules
    , workflow automation, CRM features, and integrations.
  • Assist with basic Canva tasks and support simple marketing activities (training provided).
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and complete other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Work Setup & Tracking

  • Hours:
    1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Monday–Friday)
  • Location:
    Fully Remote (India)
  • Tracking:
    Standard call logs, CRM hygiene, and sales activity metrics

Targets

You will be responsible for:

  • Achieving monthly
    sales and revenue targets
  • Meeting daily/weekly
    call and activity targets
