Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Travel, Aviation or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Experience Designer, showcasing a portfolio of successful projects within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Craft immersive journeys, designing end-to-end experiences that epitomize sophistication and resonate with our luxury audience.
- Ensure experiences exude luxury, are intuitive, and aligned with the refined values of our brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to bring concepts to life with a touch of opulence.
- Create prototypes to test and iterate on experience designs, ensuring they exude the utmost luxury and impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations within the luxury sector.
- Effectively communicate design concepts to internal stakeholders, capturing and incorporating feedback to maintain the luxury aesthetic.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and the evolving desires of our luxury clientele.
