Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- **Greeting and Welcoming**:Warmly greet guests as they enter the venue, making them feel welcome and setting a positive tone for their experience.
- **Reservation Management**:Handle incoming reservations, confirm bookings, and update the seating chart to optimize table allocation.
- **Waitlist Management**:Manage waitlists, provide accurate wait time estimates, and communicate with guests to ensure a smooth experience.
- **Seating Arrangements**:Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are seated in a comfortable and appropriate area.
- **Menu Distribution**:Provide guests with menus and introduce them to their server.
- **Coordination with Staff**:Communicate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient table turnover.
- **Customer Service**:Address guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:Keep the hostess stand and lobby area clean and organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
