Key Responsibilities for a Restauarnt Guest Relation Executive
- **Greeting and Welcoming**:Warmly greet guests upon arrival and farewell them upon departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- **Customer Service**:Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
- **Information and Assistance**:Provide guests with information about facilities, services, local attractions, and other relevant details.
- **VIP Handling**:Provide special attention and personalized services to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building**:Develop rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Communication**:Maintain open communication channels between staff and guests, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints.
- **Problem-Solving**:Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
- **Promotion**:Promote the organization's services and amenities to guests, including local attractions and activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
