Guest Relations Executive

Location: Sector-4, Noida

**Salary**: up to 40,000

Experience: 2 to 3 Years
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
- To welcome guest and help them throughout entrance, security check and boarding.
- Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures.
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
- Total 3 years of experience in Hotel Industry/ Hospitality/ Aviation (Guest relation)

**Technical and Behavioral Skills**
- Knowledge of handling airport activities.
- Very good personality.
- Energetic and flexible.
- Patient in guest handling.

Committed for shift duties.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector-4. Noida, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Guest Relations Executive: 2 years (preferred)
