Business growth and automation strategist

We're looking for a Tech Generalist who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.
You'll be the go-to person for building automation workflows, optimizing processes, and enabling smarter business decisions through no-code tools.
What You'll Do
- Act as a link between business goals and technical implementation.
- Build and optimize automation flows using Make, n8n, Zapier, Bubble, or similar tools.
- Support leadership in operations strategy — including CRM setup, sales funnels, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Analyze data and processes to identify areas for automation or improvement.
What We're Looking For
- MBA or Strategy background with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in no-code tools like Make, Zapier, Bubble, Airtable, etc.
- Analytical mindset with a fast execution style.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and stay updated with the latest tech trends.
