**### URGENT HIRING### Content Strategist**

**Experience - Minimum 2 years**

**Work Location - Kochi**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy Development**:
Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, target audience, and brand voice.

Conduct content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to ensure content supports overall company goals.

**Content Creation & Management**:
Oversee the creation, editing, and curation of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.

Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.

Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

**Social Media Management**:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Monitor social media trends and use data-driven insights to refine and improve social media strategies.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.

**Analytics & Reporting**:
Track, measure, and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies and improve ROI.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and audience growth.

**Collaboration & Leadership**:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to produce cohesive and effective content strategies.

Mentor and guide junior content creators or social media managers, if applicable.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in content marketing and social media management.

Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Expertise in social media platforms, analytics, and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).

**Proficient in SEO best practices and content optimization.**

**Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.**

**Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong attention to detail.**

**Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.**
