BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Position Overview
Proficient Automation and controls ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to support our customer engagement and sales growth.
(Female candidates are preferred for this position.)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming customer enquiries
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Lead generation & lead tracking
- Customer follow-up through calls / email / WhatsApp
- Maintain customer database and CRM entries
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics)
- Prepare basic quotations and follow up on proposals
- Support marketing campaigns & promotional activities
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- BBA / BCA / BSc OR equivalent degree
- 0–2 years experience in Inside Sales / Customer Relations / Telecalling
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
