Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads for digital marketing services
- Pitch services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Web Development, and Content Services
- Convert prospects into long-term clients through strong communication and consultative selling
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Work closely with the marketing & operations team to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates, reports, and documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients to maximize repeat business
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their business impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close high-value deals
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
