We are looking for a highly creative and motivated **Creative Growth Strategist** to join our team in Edappally, Kochi. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, focusing on developing and implementing innovative growth strategies for the brand. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to craft strategies that help expand our reach, engagement, and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Growth Strategy Development**:

- Assist in developing and executing creative growth strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and drive overall business growth.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategies.
- **Creative Campaigns**:

- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns aimed at improving brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and advertising strategies that align with the brand’s goals.
- **Social Media and Digital Marketing**:

- Support in executing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital channels.
- Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and sales to implement growth strategies.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative and innovative ideas for campaigns.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, creative strategies, and growth techniques.
- Participate in training and skill development programs to enhance marketing knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Fresher, with a strong interest in creative strategies and marketing.
- **Skills**:

- Creativity and an innovative mindset.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
