Job Responsibilities
- Devise comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy.
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and image.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.
- Foster and nurture a strong online community through active engagement and timely responses.
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and provide insights.
- Generate regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Manage advertising campaigns on social platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand message.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Prepare a marketing plan for the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media paid campaigns, with effective targeting audience, and high volume lead generation.
- Implement creative strategies to generate and create a pipeline of leads organically.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing recommendations to increase the performance of our platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to align strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze trends in social media and prepare a marketing plan accordingly.
- Post materials as per the schedule prepared (coordinate with the content team).
- Generate creative ideas to produce engaging videos for various social media platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media strategy and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Should have their own laptop

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
