Company Description

Healthy-O-Me is a cloud kitchen based near Magarpatta City, Pune, delivering organic, farm-fresh, and nutrient-rich meals to your doorstep. We specialize in a variety of wholesome, exotic offerings including salads, high-protein low-carb options, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, soups, and post-workout meals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to customer queries and leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain lead records and track conversations in CRM tools or internal trackers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Follow up with potential leads to ensure higher conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Share regular reports on lead status, conversions, and feedback from customers.
  • Build a positive brand presence through personalized customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or social media lead handling is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram Business, and CRM tools.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
