Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Haveli. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing customer retention, and improving the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, handling customer inquiries, providing timely follow-ups, and supporting the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing customer data and trends
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Experience in Customer Retention and managing customer relationships
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sales skills to support the sales team in achieving targets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- CRM Experience in the real estate industry is Must
