Job Title: Retail Manager – Textile

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our textile retail operations. The role involves managing the sales floor, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the textile retail store.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper stock levels, oversee inventory control, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Train, motivate, and manage sales staff to deliver professional service.
  • Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to attract customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, store cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Plan promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
  • Monitor billing, cash handling, and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role (textile experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of textile products, fabrics, and fashion trends.
  • Ability to handle customer relations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting, stock management, and retail operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
