About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible
Retail Store Manager
to lead our Coimbatore store operations. The right candidate will oversee day-to-day store activities, manage the team, drive sales, and ensure every customer enjoys the warm, authentic Deyga experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.
  • Motivate, train, and guide store executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, product displays, and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate reports on sales, stock levels, and store performance.
  • Uphold brand standards in store presentation, hygiene, and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Store Manager/Assistant Manager
    (retail or cosmetics/skincare industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and take proactive measures.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Candidates residing in
    Peelamedu or within 10 km radius of the store
    will be given preference.
