We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager Group Consolidation to drive finance transformation initiatives and lead end-to-end consolidation processes. This role is ideal for a dynamic finance professional who thrives on implementing change, ensuring compliance, and enhancing reporting efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in IFRS 9, IFRS 17, IAS 7, and Hedge Accounting.
  • Proven experience in Group Consolidation and HFS accounting.
  • Sound knowledge of US GAAP and international reporting standards.
  • Track record of driving finance transformation and process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.


• Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in financial systems and automation tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end group consolidation and disclosure reporting in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.


• Drive cash flow automation initiatives (IAS 7), ensuring accurate and efficient reporting.

  • Oversee IFRS 9 hedge accounting and manage Held-for-Sale (HFS) transactions.
  • Support the adoption and implementation of IFRS 17 requirements.


• Partner with stakeholders to lead finance transformation and change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting systems, processes, and automation for consolidation and disclosures.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and reports for senior leadership and regulatory requirements

Qualifications


• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.


• Minimum 7+ years of experience in group consolidation, accounting standards, and finance transformation.


• Experience working with global organizations or in consulting is a plus
