Role Overview

We're hiring Business Development Associates who are confident, ambitious, and excited to build a strong career in B2B Sales & Partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B partners.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships for long-term business growth
  • Explain our product offerings and create value propositions for partners
  • Achieve weekly & monthly business targets
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions

Who We're Looking For

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in sales/business development
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
  • Ability to travel for meetings (travel allowance provided)
  • Someone who wants to learn, grow, and make an impact
