Role Overview
We're hiring Business Development Associates who are confident, ambitious, and excited to build a strong career in B2B Sales & Partnerships.

What You'll Do
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B partners.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships for long-term business growth
- Explain our product offerings and create value propositions for partners
- Achieve weekly & monthly business targets
- Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions
Who We're Looking For
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
- Ability to travel for meetings (travel allowance provided)
- Someone who wants to learn, grow, and make an impact
