Business Development Associate (BDA)
will be responsible for generating new corporate business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Corporate Travel and MICE segments. This is a
target-driven, client-facing role
that requires strong communication skills, field sales experience, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to close corporate deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation -
Identify and acquire new corporate clients including SMEs, MNCs, and Startups. Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and field visits. Generate business leads for:

Corporate Travel Management, MICE & Corporate Events, Conferences, Offsites & Incentive Tours

2. Client Meetings & Presentations -
Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with key decision-makers. Present company profile, service offerings, proposals, and commercial models. Understand client requirements and propose customized, cost-effective solutions.

3. Sales Closure & Revenue Generation -
Negotiate commercials, close deals, and onboard new corporate accounts. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain strong follow-ups to improve conversion ratios.

4. Account Management & Coordination -
Act as the single point of contact for assigned corporate clients. Coordinate with internal teams including operations, ticketing, hotels, and event management.

Support on-ground event execution and ensure high service standards. Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.

5. Reporting & CRM Management -
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and client data in CRM. Submit daily activity reports, meeting summaries, and sales forecasts. Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or Tourism). 1–4 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Travel / MICE / Event Industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Flexible with working shifts
, including extended hours during peak business periods, events, or client requirements.
Willingness to travel frequently
, both locally and outstation, for client meetings, events, and business development. Target-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
