Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will provide counselling, handle student inquiries, and support them through the admission process for various courses and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, and admission procedures.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently.
- Follow up with potential students to ensure conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Assist in planning and executing seminars, webinars, and education fairs.
- Stay updated with course details, admission requirements, and education trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (in any field, education or psychology preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
