**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about SIMM’s training programs and career pathways in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Understand student interests and academic backgrounds to suggest suitable courses.
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and maintain follow-up communication.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and academic outreach programs to promote SIMM courses.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure students receive guidance and support throughout their training journey.
- Assist in admission documentation and onboarding of new students.
- Stay updated with industry trends and training program updates.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in **Science** (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed. preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in **counselling, teaching, or academic advising**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the **pharma, healthcare, or education** sector will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).

- Organizational and record-keeping skills
- Sales orientation with ethical counselling approach

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
