Job Description :

Position: Executive Officer

Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Draft and review official documents, presentations, and communications with clarity and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams / stakeholders through email, meetings, and reports.
  • Prepare and maintain management reports, records, and data using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Support daily departmental operations and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism in verbal and written communications at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Very good drafting skills for letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas concisely.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing documents and reports.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office, business, or executive support role.
  • Go-getter attitude with ability to work with minimal supervision and take proactive initiative.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information discreetly.

Education

  • Any graduate degree accepted (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., etc.).
  • MBA degree preferred.

Additional Details

  • Effective teamwork skills, open to feedback, and a willingness to learn and adapt are highly preferred.
  • Good command of English will be advantageous for the Panchkula region.
  • Candidates with strong organizational and interpersonal skills are desired.
