Customer Support Executive – Australian Vehicle Insurance (Incoming Call Process)

Location: Work From Home

Shift: Rotational (Australian Shift)

Work Days: 7 days a week (1 day weekly off)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for our Vehicle Insurance – Incoming Call Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from Australian customers, assisting them with insurance-related queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls related to vehicle insurance queries and policy support.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
  • Achieve daily/weekly performance goals related to quality and service levels.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice-based customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have a laptop or desktop, headphones/headset, and a stable internet connection.
  • Flexibility to work rotational Australian shifts.
  • Willing to work 7 days a week with 1 weekly off.
