Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Satara for a professional to handle Self Help Groups and Strategic Operations within the FMCG domain. The responsibilities include managing operational activities, supporting self-help group initiatives, driving sales strategies, conducting strategic planning, and ensuring seamless project implementation. The role also involves stakeholder communication, analytical evaluation, and collaboration with various partners to achieve organizational goals and community impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, reporting, and collaboration
  • Experience in Sales and Operations Management within the FMCG or related sectors
  • Proven abilities in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Flexibility to work on-site and willingness to engage directly with community groups
  • Familiarity with self-help groups and their operational dynamics is a plus
  • Background in development studies, business administration, or a related field preferred
