About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Project Manager to support our
Joint Managing Director (JMD)
based in
Delhi
. This role is ideal for a mid-senior professional with a strong background in executive support, coordination, and presentation development.
The EA will serve as a trusted partner to the JMD, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution of key initiatives, and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the JMD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
Presentation & Documentation:
- Prepare high-quality business presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect inputs and data for presentations and reports.
- Assist in compiling board meeting materials and review decks.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the JMD and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on key deliverables, action points, and project deadlines.
- Coordinate leadership reviews, meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Project & Operational Support:
- Track progress on key projects and provide administrative support for strategic initiatives.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Assist in the execution of confidential and high-priority projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- 8–12years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar coordination role.
- Prior experience supporting CXOs or senior leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite – especially
PowerPoint

, and
Outlook
. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Based in or willing to relocate to
Delhi
.

- Business acumen and understanding of corporate functions.
- Previous experience in a corporate or high-growth business environment is an advantage.
