Key Responsibilities:
1. Critical Role and Successor Identification
- Map critical/strategic roles across functions and business units
- Identify and track high-potential employees for succession pipelines
- Maintain successor readiness and track developmental actions
2. Organizational Capacity and Skill Development
- Collaboration with Government Bodies and Implementation of Training for current workforce
- Conduct current capacity and talent pool analysis
- Assist in creation of future-ready org structures to meet growth needs
3. Talent Retention and Risk Management
- Support design and monitoring of retention action plans
- Collaborate with HRBPs to monitor talent experience touchpoints
4. Talent Analytics and Governance
- Maintain talent dashboards and succession/retention trackers
- Provide analytics on talent stability, readiness, and capability gaps
5. Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business HR and function heads for talent inputs
- Ensure adherence to governance timelines and data accuracy
Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of succession planning, competency models, and talent retention strategies
- Good analytical and research skills
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication abilities
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and structured working approach
