  1. Trade Marketing Execution:

  2. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost brand presence at the retail level.

  3. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between trade marketing activities and sales targets.

  4. Monitor and evaluate promotional campaigns, in-store branding, and merchandising effectiveness.

  5. Team Management:

  6. Lead, train, and motivate a team of merchandisers and promoters to ensure store-level execution.

  7. Assign territories, schedules, and performance targets to merchandisers and promoters.

  8. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

  9. Merchandising & Retail Execution:

  10. Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability across retail outlets.

  11. Monitor and enhance planogram compliance and POS (Point-of-Sale) material utilization.

  12. Conduct regular store visits to assess retail execution and competitor activities.

  13. Promotions & Campaigns:

  14. Plan and execute in-store promotions, consumer activations, and trade incentives.

  15. Work with the marketing team to develop trade communication materials.

  16. Measure ROI of trade marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

  17. Market Analysis & Reporting:

  18. Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and consumer trends.

  19. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, execution quality, and trade marketing impact.
  20. Provide insights and recommendations for future trade marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹26,500.00 per month
