Role Description

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for franchise development & strategic partnerships?

We're looking for talented Business Development Managers to join our ambitious team in Andheri.

Note: Only candidates with prior experience in Franchise Development within the Healthcare sector are eligible to apply.

Location: Andheri.

Experience: 3–8 years (Franchise Development / Retail Trade / Alliances)

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Growth: Identify, evaluate & onboard new franchise partners

Relationship Building: Build & maintain strong ties with franchisees, retail & alliance partners

Market Research: Explore new opportunities in retail & healthcare sectors

Partner Support: Assist with planning, operations & performance optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure smooth onboarding & training

Target Achievement: Drive franchise acquisition & revenue goals

Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade fairs & networking events

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Franchise Development (3–6 years)

Strong background in Retail Trade & Alliances

Prior Healthcare industry exposure (preferred)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Willingness to travel frequently

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
