
Pre-Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support our sales team in driving business opportunities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, understand their requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, requirements, and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews to prospective clients.
- Conduct requirement analysis and create customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client expectations.
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to support sales strategy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of solutions, proposals, and client communications.
- Provide technical and functional support during the pre-sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, SaaS, software products, or technology services (based on industry).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical/functional solutions.
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
