We're now looking for a *Community Manager* to bring together our growing community—both online and offline—through engagement, connection, and inspiration.

### *Key Responsibilities*

Manage and nurture *online communities* across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Coordinate *student engagement* across our online school portals and groups.

Organize *offline events* at Sangha Nova, such as community meetups, workshops, and retreats.

Create and distribute *weekly newsletters* and updates about events, teachers, and success stories.

Facilitate *peer-to-peer learning* by organizing student-led teaching sessions and community classes.

Respond to student and community inquiries in a warm, professional, and inspiring manner.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align communication and community initiatives.

Track engagement metrics and report on community health and growth.

### *Requirements*

Based in *Rishikesh/Tapovan* (or willing to relocate).

Full-time availability and willingness to work in-person.

Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi is a plus.

Proven experience managing communities or social media for a brand or organization.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Enthusiasm for yoga, wellness, and personal growth.

Tech-savvy (comfortable using Facebook Groups, Instagram, email newsletters, and online learning platforms).

*Preferred*

Background in *yoga, Ayurveda, or wellness industries*.

Experience organizing community events or educational workshops.

Comfortable speaking on camera for community updates or live sessions.
