Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Rishikesh. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The role includes managing staff, coordinating with vendors, maintaining property standards, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for budget management, inventory control, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

  • Experience in hospitality management, staff supervision, and customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with property management systems and software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
