Employment Type: Full-timeJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IME (Installation, Maintenance, and Emergency) Manager to lead and supervise technical operations, ensure smooth field activities, manage technicians/engineers and specialized experts (DG, Battery Bank, and AC systems), and support overall network/site performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strong technical understanding of the installation and maintenance lifecycle, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the IME technical team, including specialized personnel such as the DG Expert, Battery Bank Expert, and AC Expert.
• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and uptime of all sites/equipment.
• Monitor outages, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation including reports, checklists, STR, PM records, and daily updates.
• Coordinate with clients/customers for issue closure and timely communication.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company technical standards.
• Analyze recurring problems and implement preventive actions.
• Plan and manage manpower allocation and site visits.
• Ensure quality execution of installation, maintenance, and emergency tasks.
• Vendor and contractor coordination for smooth technical operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Mechanical preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in technical/operations/maintenance field.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, telecom infrastructure, DG/Power systems, etc.
• Good communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and basic computer operations.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to field sites if required.
• Ability to work in emergency situations and handle outages.
• Strong team management and customer-handling experience.
