Summary:

The Senior Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor will assist the F&B Manager in managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires expertise in IDS software to streamline operations, track performance, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Use IDS software for monitoring sales, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Lead and train F&B staff, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Assist in planning shifts, delegating tasks, and maintaining staff discipline.
  • Handle guest complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with procurement, and maintain accurate inventory records using IDS software.
  • Support management in preparing reports, analyzing operational data, and implementing improvement measures.

Employer Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B supervision, preferably with knowledge of IDS software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of cost control, stock management, and operational KPIs.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28, ₹32,000.00 per month
