Senior Bartender

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and energetic Senior Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of mixology, strong guest engagement skills, and the ability to lead bar operations efficiently. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, training junior bartenders, and ensuring smooth and consistent bar service that aligns with the restaurant's standards and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional, timely, and engaging manner.
• Create innovative cocktails and recommend signature drinks aligned with the restaurant's concept.
• Supervise bar operations, ensuring consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage bar inventory, requisitions, and stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the bar area.
• Train and guide bartenders and bar assistants to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with all licensing laws and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with F&B and kitchen teams for seamless order flow during busy hours.
• Handle cash transactions, billing, and POS operations accurately.
• Contribute ideas for promotions, seasonal menus, and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or head bartender role.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beverage pairings.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, personality, and guest engagement abilities.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for mixology.
• Knowledge of bar inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events.
• Certification in bartending or mixology preferred.

Pay: ₹22, ₹27,000.00 per month
