Job Title: Sales Head Tamil Nadu Location: Chennai Company: Aristo India Website: Job Summary: Aristo India is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Sales Head with a strong background in sales leadership within the South Indian market. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Sales and 15-20 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development: 1. Formulate and implement long-term and short-term sales strategies to achieve company goals. 2. Align sales strategies with market trends and company objectives. 2. Sales Forecasting and Review: 1. Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts. 2. Establish a robust review mechanism with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) to ensure accuracy. 3. Client and Dealer Relationship Management: 1. Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers and customers. 2. Negotiate effectively to close deals that meet or exceed company expectations. 4. Team Leadership and Development: 1. Lead and motivate the South Regional sales team to achieve targets. 2. Analyze team performance metrics, conduct RCA and CAPA, and provide training as needed to achieve sales goals. 5. Market Research and Expansion: 1. Identify and explore new markets for potential dealers and customers. 2. Stay informed on market behavior, trends, and product positioning. 6. Sales Reporting: 1. Prepare and present sales reports aligned with the forecast provided to management. 2. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis. 7. Team SWOT Analysis: 1. Conduct SWOT analysis for the team and plan training sessions to address identified needs. 8. Client Satisfaction and Retention: 1. Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by understanding their needs, delivering exceptional service, and addressing concerns promptly. 2. Foster long-term client relationships that lead to retention and loyalty. 9. Revenue Growth: 1. Drive revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to key accounts. 2. Explore opportunities to increase client spend with the organization. 10. Strategic Account Planning: 1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual goals, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. 11. Customer Advocacy: 1. Lead the team in understanding client needs and challenges, and advocate for tailored solutions that enhance the client experience. 12. Risk Management: 1. Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts, proactively addressing issues and developing contingency plans. 13. Cross-Functional Collaboration: 1. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified approach to meeting client needs. 14. Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: 1. Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats. 15. Long-Term Relationship Building: 1. Invest in understanding clients' businesses and become a trusted advisor, laying the foundation for enduring partnerships. Qualifications: MBA in Sales or related field. 10 to 15 years of sales experience with significant exposure to the South Indian market.
