Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Head
to lead our Chennai sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market segments (builders, architects, contractors, facility managers).
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Business Development
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and tenders.
- Oversee client presentations, site visits, and proposal submissions.
- Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline meetings.
- Drive accountability through KPIs and performance metrics.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide insights for product and service enhancements.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare periodic sales reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in elevator industry; 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
