Duties and Responsibilities

  • Relevant Retail fixtures, furniture and display (Display Fit outs) Industry experience of minimum 8 years
  • Overall Monitoring and supervision in Plant area
  • Taking reports from electrical engineers
  • Handling the machinery breakdown, take initiative for increasing mass production
  • Ensuring that all daily operations of the plant run smooth and effectively.
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management
  • Responsible for TPM, Major cause handling, part replacement follow-up, reducing accidents
  • Allocate resources effectively
  • Prepare budgets using various forecasting models
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

Technical Skills

  • Electrical Engineer or diploma holder from reputed institute
  • Complete technical knowledge of Machineries handling such as CNC, Power press, Plasma, Beam saw, panel saw
  • Strong Communication skills and commanding on handling labour related issues
  • Problem solver and delegating the work to the team and same way communicate them to adhere the guidelines
