Electrical Maintenance Lead Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Electrical Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing electrical maintenance activities within the plant. This includes planning, implementing, and monitoring maintenance programs to ensure safe and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inter-discipline work activities.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimize consumables consumption and reduce waste.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of existing equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
