Role & responsibilities

  • Shall be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Experience of operating and maintaining Equipment/s like Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Pumps etc.
  • Will have to handle Gearboxes, Mechanical Seals etc.
  • Responsibility will involve maintaining a safe work environment and training manpower.
  • Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
  • Handling document as per statutory requirements.
  • Ensure Housekeeping is up to mark near all the equipment/s.
  • Should have knowledge of indenting and material issue
  • Awareness about Fire and Safety, Plant Engineering and maintenance. Knowledge of OHSAS & IMS guidelines.
  • Providing technical support and training on new Equipment
  • Preparation of daily Utility Reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of working experience in Mechanical Maintenance Department of Chemical Industry.
  • B.E. (Mechanical ).
  • Ability to handle complete maintenance of Chemical plant.
  • Strong troubleshooting and Analytical Skills.
  • Can handle Breakdown Maintenance.
  • Candidates from Raigad / Nearby areas will be preferred.
