Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Warehouse Specialist will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, packing, inventory management, and unloading of goods. The role also involves operating equipment like pallet jacks and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space to support the company's supply chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Shopify COD orders, dispatches, returns, and remittances.
  • Oversee operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Instamart, and
  • Zepto — ensuring timely booking, dispatch, and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate with courier partners and handle POC communication for deliveries,
  • delays, and customer queries.
  • Manage inventory, warehouse audits, and packaging procurement.
  • Support B2B dispatches with Nykaa, Zepto, Blinkit, and Amazon FBA.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce operations (consumer brand
  • experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of dispatch processes, inventory management, and POC handling.
  • Good English communication is very important for customer support and coordination.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Zepto, and related

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in Shipping & Receiving and managing Packing tasks efficiently
  • Experience in Unloading and handling materials safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Inventory Control and maintaining stock accuracy
  • Familiarity with using Pallet Jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus
