Fund Manager For Category III AIF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Structuring & Launch of Category III AIF

  • Assist in structuring new schemes, drafting PPMs, and coordinating with legal counsel.

  • Contribute to fundraising strategy and investor onboarding processes

  • Strategy Development & Execution

  • Monitor macroeconomic trends and market cycles to adjust fund positioning dynamically

  • Risk Management

  • Establish & monitor risk parameters including VaR, drawdown limits, and exposure thresholds

  • Manage leverage prudently in line with SEBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks

  • Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, fund documentation, and internal compliance policies

  • Liaise with compliance officers and auditors for periodic reviews and reporting

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track fund performance against benchmarks and KPIs

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly investor reports and performance presentations

  • Investor Relations

  • Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and onboarding sessions

  • Communicate fund strategy, performance, and outlook clearly and transparently

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior analysts and traders; foster a collaborative research environment

  • Coordinate with operations, legal, and finance teams for smooth fund functioning

  • Technology & Tools

  • Stay updated with fintech innovations relevant to fund management

  • Market Intelligence & Networking

  • Build relationships with brokers, research houses, and industry experts.
