Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager – Human Division- Ayurvedic Pharma Industry
Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)
Coverage Area: Gujarat, Rajasthan & West Maharashtra States as Assigned
CTC: ₹6.0 – ₹9.7 LPA (Based on Experience and Interview Performance)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead our Human Division. in pharma industry This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales across India, building a new team, and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building & Leadership:
- Lead the recruitment and development of a new sales team including RSMs, ASMs, and Medical Representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team across different territories.
- Sales & Market Expansion:
- Plan and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to launch and promote new Human products.
- Field Coordination:
- Regularly coordinate with field staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct joint field visits with RSMs, ASMs, and MRs to support and guide them.
- Engage in periodic visits to Human Doctors (Dr. Visits) to build strong professional relationships and product awareness.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports to senior management.
- Review team performance and provide feedback and mentoring.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure timely availability and compliance of products.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 6–13 years in Human or pharma sales with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: B.Sc./B. Pharma/MBA or equivalent (Veterinary background preferred).
- Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the veterinary pharma market.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600, ₹970,000.00 per year
