Duration : Full Time Qualification : For BD Executives the candidates should have a minimum of 2 years plus hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing industry especially worked with a digital marketing agency handling B2B clients with graduation completion in marketing or relevant field. Timings: 10 AM- 6 PM (Mon-Sat) CTC: IWe are a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in [SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development, etc.]. Aboutthe Role We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales pipeline, and closing deals for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities  Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.  Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets.  Conduct thorough discovery callsto understand a prospect's business challenges, marketing goals, and current digital maturity.  Utilize CRM and salesintelligence toolsto track activities and manage the sales funnel effectively.  Identify,research, and target potential B2B clients who align with ourideal customer profile (ICP).  Develop and execute outbound strategies(cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking) to generate a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities.  Serve as a subject matter expert, articulating how ourspecific digital marketing services (e.g., account-based marketing, enterprise SEO, lead generation campaigns) can solve their pain points.  Collaborate with the Strategy and Proposalteams to tailor compelling, customized service proposals and presentations.  Stay current with B2B digital marketing trends, competitive landscapes, and prospect needsto continually refine the sales approach and provide valuable market feedback to internal teams.  Representthe agency at relevantindustry events, conferences, and networking functions.  Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, andmanage the sales processfrom initial contact to contract signing using our CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot]).  Create compelling sales proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.  Negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close new business deals. Requirements  Demonstrable knowledge of core digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing) and the ability to discuss theirstrategic value to a B2B audience.  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with experience managing a multi-month sales cycle.  Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Proficiency with CRM software (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools.  Strong negotiation, lead generation and sales closing skills.  Solid foundational understanding of key digital marketing channels(SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
