Job Title: Sales Manager – Abroad Studies
Location: Kochi India
Department: Sales & Admissions
Reports To: Director / Head of Operations
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – Abroad Studies will be responsible for leading and managing the student recruitment and sales operations for international education programs. This role involves developing strategies to meet admission targets, building partnerships with institutions, and ensuring excellent client service to students seeking overseas education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual student enrollment targets.
- Lead and guide the sales and counseling team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the overseas education sector.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seminars, and education fairs to attract prospective students.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports and improvement plans.
- Ensure that all student leads are effectively managed through CRM tools and followed up promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international admission requirements, visa procedures, and destination markets.
- Deliver professional guidance to students and parents regarding suitable study options abroad.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach toward achieving results.
- Sound understanding of international education systems and admission processes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Tele calling Experience is Mandatory
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the overseas education or service industry.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing a team and working with international stakeholders is an added advantage.
